Products gets Inactive after certain period of time if not in use, where is it defined?

When the product is not in used for a year the status changes from "Active to "Inactive" where are these options defined.​

Thank you for your question - It's a good one! 

 

So, products do not get made inactive automatically (by the system), they must be made inactive by a user. This means that the inactive products must have been made inactive by a user. You can monitor which users are making Products inactive using the Product Audit Report - I've linked an article that explains how this report works for you.
