What is the best practice for creating products when utilizing Outlet Accounts?

Thank you for your query.

 

We recommend that the Property/Product Administrators who add or final approve Products also add them to the appropriate Guides & Templates with Account reference, as part of their process; this approach has yielded the most successful results & is most scalable in customers with high turnover.

 

Alternatively, the ordering User Groups could be modified to allow access to ‘GL Accounts for Ordering Outlets Editing in Transactions’ as outlined here:
