What is the best way to update employees Fourth records in terms of on going refresher training such a manual handling?

I know we have the joining checklist where we can add a topic but not sure that this is the best way for all existing employees, especially as we repeat this every 6 months for fire training, manual handling and licensing training? As eventually there would be too many checkpoints to manage? Just feel there must be an easier way.

Thank you for the great question. Yes training course can be recorded against employees and reported on. Also you can set-up Reminders in the system for Training Course Expiry dates.

Once the Training course have been set-up and recorded for Employees, set-up a reminder on Training Courses Expiry dates. There is also a fantastic article explaining how to set-up Reminders on Workforce Management. Search for :

 

How to set-up Reminders.

 

There is an additional report in HR Module to report on all employees on training courses.

 

HR > Reports > View Reports > Employee Training > Run.
