Terminating monthly employees

Hi, I have employee working last day on 29/02/2020. Shall I enter termination date as 29/02/2020 or day after 01/03/2020? Everywhere is writing to choose date, but it is not specified if this day can be his last working day.

Thanks for your great question!

 

Regarding the date of termination, you can simply put the last working day that the employee will be on the rota. Please bear in mind if they will be finishing their last shift after midnight, to put that date in so that the system doesn't prevent them getting paid for the minutes or hours after 12am.
