Custom Report - Previous Tax Year ??

Hi   I am trying to run a custom report to show additional payments and advances deducted but it only seems to be pulling through tax year 2018 ? Is the reporting limited by time ?

Hi @Sharon Harkins

We do archive payroll data to improve the performance of the system, but you should be able to get Last Years payslip data by selecting the relevant tab in the drop down when creating the template.

We archive data for payroll on the first Thursday of the month, but we can reinstate it on request. We just need to ensure that all relevant reporting is completed before the next archive procedure runs.
