    Hi there!

     

    Thanks for your question. It is not a mandatory requirement to enter nutrition and allergen data into the system, however it is advised as when entered against an ingredient the solution will automatically calculate the nutrition and allergen in a recipe. It is possible to enter the nutrition and allergen data against an ingredient and report on this information separately or combined. There are exception reports and a number of reports that show this data including specific Food Information Regulation (FIR) reports.
