Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader

Thanks for raising this!

The format of the report cannot be amended to fit the values and costs all on one line. These fields are on separate lines to help differentiate between quantity and monetary values which can be useful in other circumstances.

I can see how it would be beneficial in comparing between two outlets of course. I would recommend editing in Excel once you have exported the report to make it easier.

Thanks @Pritesh Patel . That's what we do currently. I asked as it requires works after exporting , and it makes more difficult when you have 50+ outlets.

Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader

That is correct, the amendments that have been accepted into the backlog for Reporting is to include filters in the report criteria for the Outlet Variance Report & Interim OVR,

Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader

The Product Decision Team has previously discussed and accepted into the Reporting Backlog to make the following amendment:

Outlet Variance Report & Interim OVR: Add Value & Quantity Filters

This will allow customers to quickly filter/show only variances that exceed the specified threshold, which should significantly lessen the requirement to export into Excel, sort, filter, etc

Hope this helps,

Hi @Pritesh Patel  -Thanks for your reply . I believe you are mentioning the existing report design ? , Where it shows the Qty and value with filters.
