This looks like it may be an error in the system. Please raise a case using the 'Case Management' option above so our Support team can ​look into this for you.

If you click on your name at the top right hand side of the page, you should get a dropdown, which has 'Raise a Technical Case' as an option.

Just wanted to add that if there isn't an option for Case Management, you'll need to escalate to the relevant member of your Head Office/Central team that is responsible for raising cases with Fourth.
