For selected roles on the rota screen are we able to hide the contracted hours column or have no number appear in that column?

Thank you for the question! The column in the rota that is before 'actual hours' can either pull the employee's contracted hours OR the FTE hours. If you have access to the configuration you can access this in rotas> administration> configure locations> choose location> edit default location settings> change content of the FTE column within the rota. If this is ticked you can choose contracted hours; if unticked, the system will show the FTE hours.

Thanks- am aware of all of this i'm afraid already.
What i wanted to know is if you can hide the contracted hours column for certain employees/ job titles/ contracts?

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately not, this is a location setting and it will then change the column to either FTE or contracted hours for all employees at that location.
