I have an employee who we have agreed to pay company maternity pay when they go on mat leave. I am an in house payroll customer and would like to know the best way of processing this in Fourth.

Company maternity pay (CMP) is paid over and above SMP, on a separate payment type.

The amount of SMP should be calculated outside of Fourth, and manually entered onto the CMP payment type - within the payroll module. ​
