Good morning! Great question!
You can configure the termination question, but you would have to tailor the question to match the options of selecting excellent, good, average and poor, so you would not be able to create a direct question which requires a specific answer such as days, or whether they had disciplinary proceeding.
To do so you will need to go to the HR global setting (this is permission driven) and select Edit Termination Analysis. Once this screen is opened there is an option on the top right to 'create question.' This will allow you to add the question which can then be displayed on the termination screen.
Alternatively you could create a termination reason that flags they were terminated due to disciplinary action, and set the re-employ to no if this option is chosen.
Notes can also be left in the termination screen, which would a good place to reference how many sickness days that employee had over 12 months, running the Absence Analysis report could help with this information and/or if they face disciplinary action.
