Why do certain Products do not autopopulate the Supplying Account Number on an Outlet Requisition?

Thank you for posting such a great question!

 

This happens when the Default GL Account (Designated in the Product Master - Property > Products) is not associated with the Supplying Outlet in Outlet Accounts.

 

I will raise a technical case for this and we can confirm the logic behind the functionality, as I realize that you may not want the Supplying Outlet to be associated with the Default GL Account.

Please try this to see if we can get this to pull though automatically!

 

If you search the product in the Maintain Guides and find the Supplying outlet, then tick 'On Order Guide' this should then pull the supplying account number automatically when creating an outlet requisition.
