Rota: Can we switch off a whole divisions cost not to be reported in the weekly rota costs? We would like to exclude the training division from our rota costs.

Hello, this is an interesting question so thanks for opening up the thread!

In the analysis page you'll be able to report on the rota cost division by division so you will be able to see the total cost of the 'training' division vs. the others at that location. The easiest thing would be to leave in the cost as it's interesting to track, but to manually deduct that cost from the reporting. Else if you speak to a Solution Success Manager through one of our Ask Fourth sessions, they may be able to configure a metric line for you so you can enter in the total training amount to deduct from the total wage cost. This will rely on you entering in the value to deduct, but will give you a total wage cost minus the training division cost.
