In Purchasing & Inventory, can I get a report to show products that do not have an assigned vendor or a manufacturer?

It depends on what you are trying to achieve with this report?

A Fourth support agent can export this data for either the property or the CP (depending where the data is managed) and filter this for products with no primary vendor assigned.

This could also be done for products with no manufacturer assigned, but please be aware that manufacturer in the Purchasing & Inventory solution is not the same as a Vendor.

If you are trying to clean up your data and planning on using this information to remove any old products from your database, that's great and we highly recommend that. However the better way would be to use the deactivate unused products functionality explained here:
