I've got a salary paid employee and want to set him up on a multiple job role on his normal salary

When setting up the multiple role, it asks for an hourly pay rate. As he's already salaried, should this amount be left at £0, and it won't effect his normal pay?

Great question, thank you. 

 

In this case, it is suggested that a check of the global settings are done, the company admin would be responsible for this. HR Module > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Employee Settings. To ensure that your salaried employee is paid their salary for the multiple employment, the option Keep Same Rate For Same Job title In All Locations needs to have been selected.
