Trade Simple: Report for unreceipted delivery notes.

Hi all!   I have a question from the lovely @Lee Clifton​    'Hi I am after an easy way to produce a report of unreceipted delivery notes so we can chase users up. At the moment I am using the Order Thread Summary report. However this only shows orders raised by the individual users and does not show any additional orders created by the supplier for backorders etc. so we are missing chasing up these. Are there any existing tradesimple reports that anyone is using that does this? We don't want to chase where the supplier has failed to create a delivery note.'   Best, Rozz Fourth

Thank you for your question - the Customer Community is a great place for this to be discussed!

 

There is a report on the system that will show this - it is called the 'Order Status Report'. This report will show the status of all orders despite where the orders or delivery notes have been generated.

 

If you do not have this report available to you, please raise a technical case with our support team requesting for this to be switched on.

Hi, @Paul Stephenson​ this report was missing from our Request Reports menu so I have raised a ticket with cases now that I know which report to ask for. Thanks for your help
