We can’t figure out how to clear a barcode and set the barcode to the correct product for Adaco.

For our inventory, a couple items were selected wrong when first being set up in the mobile scanner, and we can’t figure out how to clear a barcode and set the barcode to the correct product. We have gone into product details and deleted the barcode information but the wrong product still populates.

Thank you for your great question.

 

To clear a barcode against a product go to Property>Product>Select Product>Bar Codes (In the Task Bar)>

Select the bar code you want to clear and right click on it. This will give you the option to Delete. ​

You can then add a new barcode by selecting 'New'.
