Pulling a report with specific information required

Hi there,   The specific information which we need to know if we can pull is: ReportStartDate ReportEndDate WorkedWeeks HrsWorkedWeek1, HrsWorkedWeek2, HrsWorkedWeek3, HrsWorkedWeek4, TotalHoursWorkedInPeriod TotalHolidayHours Sickness Absence hours (replace with SSP or CSP or unpaid sickness) Authorised paid leave (excluding sick leave) Authorised unpaid leave (excluding sick leave)   Are you able to a) let me know weather I can pull this information b)if there is someone else in my organisation which can pull it if I cannot c) if not, how do we go about getting this information?   Thanks,   Candice

In your Fourth Analytics portal you can pull information on:

  1. Hours Worked from the Labour dashboard, Cost Breakdown tab
  2. Absence details from HR dashboard, Absences tab (please note this reports absence days rather than hours)

 

Like for any report, you would use the drop-down filters to select the date range and sites you are interested in

We ultimately need to pull a report like the one attached - Is this a bespoke report? Or how can we pull a report with everything included.

If I do not have the access to pull the report, who at my company does?

Also, how do I get a report for hours - we are hospitality so our team works different shifts, which means we need reporting on hours missed, rather than days.

I have checked your access and you do have access to the Labour and HR dashboards

 

Unfortunately Fourth Analytics does not receive Absence data in terms of hours but in days

 

I have also looked at the report you have sent through and yes it is a bespoke report and because it is very specific to your business, I would suggest you get in touch with your customer success manager to scope report specifics. It appears to include a combination of Payroll, Labour and HR data and calculations that would need a more detailed conversation to understand how we can build it
