Fourth Customer Success Portal

Hi @Sarah Miles ,

Thanks for bringing this question to the Customer Community!

We share our release notes with our 'Release Notes Contacts'. To be added as a Release Notes contact, you'll need to get in touch with your Fourth representative and we'll be able to get you added We'll then be able to talk you through where they are available to you.

NB: Release notes are only available to our Release Notes Contacts.

I hope that helps to explain! Let me know if there is anything else I can help with!

Thanks,

Paul

Is this still the case- I get notification of releases from generic fourth addresses but no release note content.

There are no updates of defect fixes, changes deployed to guidelines of said changes.

there are sometimes headline bullet points in the email but nothing more.

Good Morning {@005D0000009gOU6IAM}

For Release Note content, these are published within the relevant Release Notes group, which I have double checked that you are a member of.

To receive a notification every time a Release Note is posted, please set your notification preference (the drop-down at the top of the page with the envelope icon next to it) to 'Every Post'. This will notify you every time that a Release Note is published for any P2P&I solutions, including Recipe & Menu Engineering.

As for the updates to defect fixes, I've investigated into this and our Solution Experts do not currently publish details of all defect fixes. Could you please provide some more detail of what you mean by changes deployed to guidelines? That way I can pass this on and get some more information for you on the matter 😊

I hope this helps? Please comment below if you have any further queries or information,

Best,

Heather

Like Wise, i get a generic Recipe & Menu Engineering Module Release Notification email telling me release notes are available on the customer community, but then as far as i can see they are not on the customer community.. we have no idea who are 'fourth representative' even is.. so can't even raise this anywhere.. all very frustrating..

Good Morning {@005D0000009gWNmIAM}

The Release Note article is hyperlinked in the title of the Release Note email notification, so this is where you should be able to access the details of the release via the emails you receive from the Customer Community whenever a new one is posted. Hopefully this helps with your question regarding finding the Release Note content.

As for your Fourth representative, it'll either be the Customer Care Team or a Customer Success Manager at Fourth. To confirm, I'd advise contacting either your Head Office or Management for more information on who to contact. You are also always welcome to email the Community Team (communities@fourth.com) too, with any questions.

Please also be aware that the Technical Support Team will always let those who need to know about major incidents when they occur, and this will be displayed in an email directly from Fourth. The Release Note notification is slightly different, as this will be an email notification from the Customer Community. Not sure if you may be receiving both, but just wanted to let you know nonetheless.

I hope this helps? Please let me know if you need any more information 😊

Best,
