I would like to import supplier catalogues into fnbshop, but it say the process is locked. I am not aware of how to unlock it, or what process is locking it. Can someone help me with this?
Supplier catalogue is locked by another process. What is that process and how can I unlock it?

Thanks for your question.
This message won't stop stop you using the functionality. It usually appears when a catalogue is in progress although I can see this isn't the case for you. To learn how to use them have a look at the article, Release-Note-Supplier-Catalogue-Update as this shows all the steps needed to export and import the document.
