Stop Site Level Users From Changing Purchase Order References

Hi,   I hope you are well.   We have noticed that some users can change suppliers details (including Purchase Order references) on FnB at site level (see below)

 

Is it possible to stop this from happening?   Any advise would be great, thank you!

  That's a great question!

   

  It is possible to stop certain users from making changes to your Suppliers on FNB Site Level.

   

  This function is permission driven, so can be turned on and off.

   

  To make this function unavailable please follow the below path.

   

  Enterprise > Users > Select User > Security Access > Untick Modify Supplier details at Site Level > Save
