Hi @Sharon Harkins​ ,

 

There are no notifications regarding shift changes. We would always recommend managers to communicate any shift changes to an already publish rota directly to the effected employee(s).

 

If you are using the Engage app then your Admin app user can check the reporting section (Dashboard) of the app to see if user have or have not signed in to the app. If you are using the app with ESS (employee self service) only then the Customer Care team or your Customer Success Manager can check a particular employee login record for you.
