Hi Can you confirm that we need to have set contracted days for a salaried person. The example we have is a person who was put on a weekly salary to give her a little bit of flexibility in her hour worked each week but help her maintain a steady weekly wage. It has come to our attention that she is working her contracted hours each week but sometimes it over 5 days / 4 days / 3 days. I wanted to check that I am correct in my assumption that in order to work out sick pay and holidays we need to know what days a salaried person is contracted to work? Please let me know - Thanks
