Who do I need a supplier to email in order to get them set up on our FnB system?

Please ask your new supplier to raise a case with our support team.

The supplier will need to provide us with the following information:

• Supplier Name
• Supplier Address
• Supplier Phone Number
• Supplier fax number
• Supplier e-mail address

We would also recommend the supplier provides a generic inbox email address, rather than a personal one.
