An employee disappeared from their site rota in June 2018, but wasn't terminated at this time (although the site manager thought they had been terminated, this was not recorded in Fourth) - how is it possible for this to happen? The employee has now been terminated in Feb 2019. The site was unaware that the employee was still Current, as the name had gone from the rota. The employee should have received final holiday pay on termination. We want to make sure this cannot happen again.
Employee removed from Rota without being terminated in HR - how is this possible?

Hi @Hannah Russell An employee disappearing from a rota should only happen on termination. To understand why this happened we would need to investigate at the time.
If the manager was aware that the employee was on the rota an they had not terminated them, this should have been reported to Service so that this could be looked into.
This is very unusual and so I would say it is unlikely to happen again, but if it does please do let us know before the employee is terminated so that we can investigate.
Kind regards
Debbie
