I created a new rota and indeed she doesn't appear anymore. You were right the change happens on future rotas. I was just a bit impatient ;)

Initially it would be good to check the settings of the Job Title itself - HR > Company Admin > Job Titles. There is a setting in there Include Salaried Employees in Rota - if this is set to 'Yes', then your salaried employees under that job title will continue to appear in rotas. You can set this to 'No' or to 'Either'. Should this be set to Either, then you will need to make a quick adjustment in the HR Employee record - Is Employee Included In Rota = No.
This can be done by going to the Employee's record in HR > Employee Info > Employment Details:

If this a recent change, then the employee could still appear on the current Rota as she theoretically could have been given shifts. Does she still appear on future rotas?
