If you are looking to print barcodes for Inventory then I would recommend using the Product List with Labels Report, there's some more info here:

If you are looking to do it for selling (retail) purposes then the Retail Labels Report is best for you:

To create new barcodes for products you would need to go into the product

Property>Products>Bar codes>New

Depending on your Administration settings (more details in article below) this will generate a bar code for the product.
