To get the information you need, unfortunately there is no one report for this specific requirement.
You could try pulling customized reports, and various HR reports but you would have to compare and contrast these reports in order to get the specific information you need.

Here are some reports you could use to get the pieces of information you require;
Employee List will give you the employee information including job title and their personal information.
For the Customized Report, some fields you could try are;
Use the Employee Details report group > Employee Work Details > Here you can find salary information, Division and Job Title information. This will give you current information. You can then compare this report to the Employee History Report.
All of these can be found in the HR module, under the Reports tab.
