Good day Team,
We have two (2) item numbers recently created by Adaco support however it only appears on the Adaco access of the person who requested it.
it appears on the Maintain Guide and on the Vendor Products but not in Property>products for other users.
We tried the Active/Inactive part and the "Verify" button but to no avail.
The item#'s are 155623 and 155622
Can someone be of assistance to this opportunity?

After some investigation by our solution experts, it appears that this issue may be a technical one bespoke to your configuration.
For technical issues, I recommend for you to Raise a Technical Case with our Technical Support team. To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the dropdown options.
