I am trying to add a rota, but this message is showing: "The location selected is set up to use templates for Rota creation. No active templates exist for this location !" How do I do this?

Hi @Alexandra Richardson I would advice not to use Templates for rota creation as this often creates more work for users, particularly Hotel customers with lots of divisions as working patterns are not static across all divisions.
This can be managed in the Configure location settings of the location.
Rota > Administration > Configure location > Select Location
In the Edit default rota setting section, change the setting to NO.
You will then be able to create rotas as usual.
