Does anyone know of any audit reports that show history of changes made to rotas once they have been approved?

Hi @Julie McParland  There is no functionality for this as it is expected the Rotas will be changed considerably during the week to reflect the times employees have actually worked. If you wish to see who has made changes once a day has been completed, and you have the functionality to ‘Reopen a day’ enabled You will be able to see the day reopened in the History tab that sits in the rota. Hello @Julie McParland​ I normally use the 'forecast vs actual vs paid report' in the export section of the rota module. I think once a rota has been approved it is the basis for the forecast bit although I may be wrong.

Great to see other Community members getting involved, that is the true spirit of the forum!

The Report you mention will highlight the forecasted times and compare that with what was actualised for the week (as reflected in the day content page), but will not track all of the amendments as both forecasted times can change as can the 'actual' hours until submission as per. Debbie's point. The Weekly Overview Report can show you the 'snapshot' of what the rota was 'approved' as and contrast it with the actual hours as long as the snapshot functionality is being used. Again,this will only show the figures at those two timeframes (approval and submission) and will not track the multiple changes up until these two points.

Has then been answered ? I have a team member always "my rotas has changed" when it hasn't 

Would love to see if its possible to see who make changes ?
