Multi Venue Staff - Rota View

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ ,

If employees log onto the Fourth app and navigate to the 'My Rota' section within the Employee Self Service then the employees are able to see their shifts from all locations when selecting a particular shift. In addition to the location and the shift start and end time employees will also be able to see their Job Title applicable for their shift however Divisions are not displayed.

This functionality is applicable for all employees, the ones working in just one location or employees with multiple employment in different locations.

But would an employee be able to see that had shifts at different locations?

Hi Thanks but would they be able to hover on the screen and it would show the location ie one shift would show LS and one would show Dalmey ?

Yes as per the above screenshot the following details are displayed when selecting a shift on the rota are:

1. Start and end time (09.00-17.00)
2. Location (Sales AS demo)
3. Job title (General Manager)

Yes employees would also be able to see the above details for past rotas as long as the employees were scheduled in the rota module for all of their shifts.

The above would not show if it was a last minute shift change and the manager never marked the correct shifts/locations on the rota. The 'My Rota' information is pulled from the rotas in the Rota module.
