Do you know why the Nest Starter File brings through 2 weeks or 2 month’s worth of new starters rather than just the new starters for that particular pay period? Thanks From a customer.

ALL new starters need to be forwarded to nest.

If the new starter was entered after the payroll cut off date in the last period they will appear on the current period.

If the employees from previous periods are duplicates, this needs to be raised as a case.
