Where can I find visa expiry reports?

What a great question!

We have some standard reports available in HR to support this query - if you don't have access to these please contact your Administrator to assign the relevant access.

HR > Reports > View Reports > Work Permit

HR > Reports > Custom Reports > Create Template > Report type "Employee Details Report" > Build a report with all the relevant columns for more in depth reporting, you can include all the elements you need and apply filters.

Alerts and Reminders can also be set up - The Alerts are something that has happened and a Reminder is something that is going to happy so will support your visa expiry requirement.
