Adaco release notes - how long after the updates are the release notes released and available to view?

Thanks for your question!

When new Adaco releases are made, the changes included are nearly always configurable (optional) for customers, meaning there is no immediate impact to the system. As a result, release notes are published on the day of the release or the day before.

If a change is going to have immediate impact then release notes will be posted at least 2 weeks before the release is made.

Once the release notes are published to the Community, they remain available for viewing indefinitely for release notes contacts – we do not take them down.

We share our release notes with our 'Release Notes Contacts'. To be added as a Release Notes contact, you'll need to get in touch with your CSM and we'll get you added 😊 We'll then be able to talk you through where they are available to you.

NB: Release notes are only available to our Release Notes Contacts.
