Is it possible to enforce a setting that allows Duplicate References on Trade Simple after a certain amount of days?

For Example, I would like to reuse a reference after a year.

Yes, it is possible to enable this for you.

 

The setting can be amended to never accept any duplicates at all, or it can be enabled to accept duplicate/previously used references after a required number of days (such as 365).

 

The Fourth Support Team have access to the System Administration settings and can change this if a technical case is raised by an appropriate person in the business.
