Hi @Sharon Harkins​ Pay is calculated over 12 weeks and this is the period of time set by HMRC so this cannot be changed unless there is a change to legislation.

 

You can set the period in which employees Holiday Entitlement is calculated. This can be 12 or 26 weeks and is changed in the Holiday Global settings. HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default holiday settings > Holiday Calculation.

The system will work out the average days worked over the selected period and this will be multiplied by 5.6 (or the job title setting) to calculated The number of days the employee is entitled to.

Their pay will be based on the last 12 weeks as stated above.
