Yes, you are able to upload document templates that will populate with the employees name and address.

This is done in HR > Administration > Document Management

The following document explains how to create a template with Merge Fields.

Once the template is uploaded you will be able to run for an employee.

Please can I request a merge field to be created to add the termination date?

You can absolutely request new functionality!

 

For great suggestions like these, we suggest to let your business's Customer Success Manager know as they will be able to raise this to our Product Decision Team(s). These suggestions can either be an Idea for the solution as a whole, or a Change Request, which is generally involves a fee, based on the time it would take to build.

 

For either request, try and include as much information as possible as this will help in the consideration of the request.

hi, I have tried to look I document management and I can't see any letters here - we already have a template loaded to the system do you know where I would find that? thanks gemma ​

Hi @Gemma Cook​ 

To review the template in the system

HR > Administration > Document management > Document templates

You can also upload new templates here.

 

To generate a letter for an employee you need to go into document management within their record and select view templates.

As long as the Template is assigned correctly this will display here.

If the template is not displaying go back to the document in Administration > Document management > Document templates , Click on the document and follow the steps to ensure it is assigned to all locations and the correct Job titles.
