Is it possible to rota more than a month ahead? Our sites need to create their forecast rotas for Dec & Jan but once they get to WE 15/01/2018 they are unable to make any rota adjustments and get a page error when they click save.

It is possible to create and forecast for future Rotas within Workforce management. However, it seems that the issue you have described is a technical issue. I would recommend for you to Raise a Technical Case.

 

Please take a screen shot of the page error and include this in your case description. Try to add as much detail as possible to help them investigate – Include the location affected, Rota week/date and the user making the adjustments.
