Hi Kate,
What works well for this scenario is to create a division for the location called 'training', and use Multiple Employment to ME those training employees into that division. You'll then be able to schedule any training in this division. In terms of reporting, your Analysis page will show a wage cost and hours per division, so you'll know how much you're spending on training.

On the front of things this sounds like it would work. However I don’t really want the employees paid by a different division (which I’m guessing this will force), I simply want to be able to segregate training hours from normal working hours.
Is this correct of have I got the wrong end of the stick?
