Please can you advise when team hours will be updated with the new BST time

Hi,
The times when people close the rotas are being logged with an hours difference how can change this to the correct time.

Good Morning @zoe jones,
There is no clock setting which would require updating in team hours, and the algorithm should pick up the time difference, as the historical data would reference the same happened on the 26th March 2017.

Thanks for clarifying - The clock should have automatically reset overnight when the clocks changed. As yours hasn't, this sounds like more of a technical issue on your portal so I would recommend for this to be raised as a Technical Case for our Support Team to look into for you. Please escalate this to the relevant member of your Head Office/Central Teams who is responsible for raising cases with Fourth.
