I have a new employee whom I have assigned bespoke divisions to but is still only appearing on one rota. I have created multiple employment for her and she still isn't showing.

Thanks for your great question!

 

There could be a couple of reasons as to why this employee isn't showing on the multiple rotas.

 

Firstly, even though you have assigned access to bespoke various divisions, if the employees job title is not assigned to those various divisions, they will not appear on the rotas for them. The access to various divisions means that this employee will be able to (depending on access level and permissions) see those divisions in certain modules within your portal.

 

If you wanted to change this, you can by assigning the job title your employee is on to multiple divisions, but, this is will mean others on that particular job title will also be appearing on various rotas.

 

Regarding the multiple employment, the reason that the employee is not showing on the other rota.

If you do not have 'Auto Add to Rota' ticked when creating the multiple employment, then you will have to go to the rota you have multiple employed that employee for, and in the top right hand corner of the screen, you can click on Add Employee and the employee should appear on that page, from which you can then activate them to appear on the rota.
