Adding delivery days to individual sites

I have ​3 sites that I am looking to add dates to. How do I go about setting up the new delivery dates for each site?

Hi @Tom Catherall​, 

 

Thanks for bringing this to the Customer Community.

 

Delivery dates are managed via a file upload on to the system. This can either be a 'Delivery Slots File' or 'Delivery Date Days File' depending on the delivery logic which is preferred.

 

The files are uploaded in a CSV file type and have a specific template format to adhere to.

Please remember that these files are not incremental so if one site needs updating, the file uploaded still needs to include all other sites as well.
