How can I remove an item from a site?

Good Afternoon, Is it possible to remove an item from a site permanently? I just want to clean my database and I do not want that some items are shown on the Stock Counting Sheet. Many Thanks

The best practice method for removing items from a Site so that they no longer appear in the Stock Counting Sheet is to Archive them at Site Level.
