Can you run employee turnover report without HR access to Employee Data or will the report be restricted only to the locations one has HR access to?

Just to clarify if an employee has an access to Division A but those employed in that division are higher in the hierarchy (so the employee cannot see their details) would their data still come up on the Turnover Report if they have left?

You can run an employee turnover report without access to employee data in HR as long as this report is ticked in the permissions in the user template. However, it would only show information for the Locations and Divisions that you have access to.

HR > Users > Templates > Select relevant template > Employee Turnover Report

That is correct, the employee would not see anyone who is above them in the access level hierarchy in the turnover report.
