Er NI element on the Rota Analysis report is not reflecting 13.8% of the Total Pay, please advise if the percentage needs to be amended/ entered into the system for correct calculations.

The Percentage for ERNI is managed in the Back end of the system by our development team and is kept up to date with current percentages.
The wage function setting in rotas will determine whether Ni is calculated on basic pay or if accruals are calculated first.
You can also determine what elements are being included in the NI calculation.
I would suggest booking on an #AskFourth to discuss this with a Solution Consultant who will be able to review with you.
