There are two reports you can in run from HR > Reports > View Reports: the Exceptions Report (which will allow you pick/filter the missing attribute) or the HR Exceptions Report (which will display all key missing data, including NI, POE, bank details - hover over the ? symbol for a list of missing data included in the report).

 

You can also set yourself up a Reminder in HR > Audits & Alerts > Reminder Set Up for Missing NI After 90days - Create a new template, see Assign Events and then assign either users or job titles to determine who will receive the email reminder.
