    Hi @Emma Darby​,

     

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The second line managers do not receive the notifications from the HR homepage but will still get an email as soon as one is created. As long as they have a work email in their personal details page this will go to that address.

    How can we get it so the second line managers get the notification on the HR homepage? We have had to set up our Board/ Area Managers first line manager to the correct person but it is the PA's that sign off their holidays so they are the ones that need to see this on the HR homepage (and have been set up as 2nd line managers).

    Hi @Emma Darby​,

     

    The functionality for notifications from the Homepage only ever go to the assigned individual in the 'Reports to' fields. Perhaps it would be worth amending this to the PA's if they sign off the holiday, and move the second line to the board/Area managers? You could create an alert to notify anyone relevant that a holiday has been created to make the process more robust? They can be assigned to individuals or Job Titles.
