Hi @Sharon Harkins​ 

If you have checked that the templates are correct for this employee, it may be their access has been bespoke d at some point and therefore the templates have been overridden.

You will need to reassign the payroll template to this user.

Payroll > Users > Assign user access > Search user and select > User profile

Select the relevant template and apply.

 

You can also use the Bespoke access report to check if employees have had their accessed bespoked.

HR > Reports > Exports
