NMW and LMN we are fortnighly payroll and our week commences on the 26th of March and ends on the 8th of April, If we apply the rate change as of the 1st of April would that also include week commencing 26th - 8th. I would advise you to read the ACAS guide on NMW.

The NWM/NLW rate update will only take effect from the effective date entered. If the effective date is entered as 1st April it will only pay the the new rate from this date.
